Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least a 48 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allow us time to fill your slot with another client.
A missed or no show appointment may be required to pay a fee.
Please understand that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
